You may:

• Use the graphics for personal or commercial projects.
  Create up to 5000 end products for sale. If a Standard Licensed Resource is purchased and used to create an End Product for Sale of which sales exceed 5000 units, either another Standard License or an Extended License must be purchased.
  Cannot be used for: native apps, web apps, or games.
  End Products must be significantly different than the original item and require time, effort, and skill to produce. You must combine design elements with another design elements to create your unique design. End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased. End Products must not redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.

You may not:

• Resell the purchased graphics as your own on Etsy or any other platforms or print-on-demand services (Spoonflower, Red bubble, Shutterstock, etc.).
  Resale or Sub-Licensing of the Licensed Asset or any modification of it in a way that is directly competitive with the original Licensed Asset is strictly prohibited (e.g., as a stock asset or template).
  Making public or sharing the Licensed Asset in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute Licensed Asset as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use that is expressly permitted) is strictly prohibited.
